At EuroSport Tuning, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, you have 30 days from the invoice date or 20 days from receiving a back ordered item to request a return.
You may cancel your order any time before it ships. Please note that most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Unless otherwise noted, most parts are eligible for return or exchange. Any product being returned must be in saleable condition and in the manufacturer's original packaging.
Damaged parts have their own return procedure. Please contact us at 905-825-9334 or email@example.com, regarding damaged parts.
Any item(s) not returned within the period specified above (e.g., 30 days from the date of the invoice or 20 days from the date you received a back-ordered item) may be exchanged for an in-store credit only.

EuroSport Tuning reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20%.
Clearly write you Return Authorization Number and return address on the outside of the shipping container. Make sure you pack in accordance with the carrier's requirements. We also recommend you get insurance for your return.
If the item is being returned due to a EuroSport Tuning error, we will cover the cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
All customs, duty, and brokerage charges are the full responsibility of the customer when returning items. Clearly mark on the shipping papers that all duty or custom charges are to be paid by the sender.
Returns sent COD or freight collect will not be accepted.
If an item is returned indicating EuroSport Tuning is responsible for paying any custom, duty, or brokerage charges, this value plus a $25.00 administration fee will be subtracted from your EuroSport Tuning credit.
If all return procedures are followed and item is saleable, we will refund your card immediately. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.
It’s your responsibility to inspect your package for damage before accepting or signing for delivery. Refuse to accept the delivery if a driver attempts to give you a damaged package.
If a damaged package was dropped off, promptly call the shipping / courier company to start the claim process. Please also contact EuroSport Tuning at 905-825-9334 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need help, we will gladly assist you with filing a claim.
When in stock, we will replace lost or damaged merchandise as soon as we receive the appropriate claim number from the shipping company.
Prior to ordering, please ensure you have a secure place to have your package delivered. Unfortunately, the carrier is not responsible for a package after it’s delivered, and we do not cover loss after delivery.
If the package never reaches you, please refer to the tracking information. We have the tracking information too and will see where your package was delivered or if there was a delivery delay.
