Your security and privacy is most important to EuroSport Tuning. EuroSport Tuning will verify the accuracy and authenticity with you for any order shipped to an address other than the billing address of your credit card and, on orders totalling more than $500. EuroSport Tuning reserves the right to cancel any order because of possible fraud, incorrect pricing or for any other reason.

If we don't have it, we can order it and get it to you faster than anyone else.
Special orders must be prepaid and are non-returnable.
Cancelled orders - Any order that has been cancelled before it has been shipped out may be subjected to a 5% processing fee.
Out of Stock / Back Orders
If we are out of stock on the item ordered EuroSport Tuning will contact you providing the estimated
time (date) of arrival (ETA) and place your order on hold for back order.
Once the "back ordered" product is ready to ship, we will e-mail you with the tracking number.

All applicable taxes will be charged to CDN orders.

EuroSport Tuning is not responsible for any such fees we have no control over. All international customer orders are sent via postal or courier depending on the parts ordered. Once EuroSport Tuning has received your order, we will send you an e-mail with your options for shipping and will include the cost of shipping and estimated time of delivery.
RETURN(S) - POLICY:
EuroSport Tuning wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date or, within 20 days from the date you received a back ordered item. EuroSport Tuning reserves the right to charge a handling / restocking fee of 20%.
E-mail our Customer Service desk at email@example.com to advise of the problem (reason for return) and we will issue the required "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" (RAN). The returned product may be exchanged for: a store credit, a replacement product or a refund by following the return procedure below.
1) Product being returned must be in saleable condition in the manufacturer's original packaging.
2) No refund will be granted on any part that has been installed, modified or that is not in saleable condition in its original packaging.
3) Electrical items are not returnable.
4) No refund or return on "special orders".
Return(s) - Procedure:
When you receive the "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" (RAN) from firstname.lastname@example.org
Clearly identify (write) the "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" (RAN #) clearly on the outside of the shipping container.
Make sure you pack in accordance with the carrier's requirements.
Note: Print your return address clearly on the outside of your package for identification purposes. Insure and ship the parcel prepaid.
1) All customs, duty and brokerage charges are the full responsibility of the customer / consumer when returning items. Clearly mark on the shipping papers that all duty or custom charges are to be paid by the sender.
2) If an item is returned indicating EuroSport Tuning (the vendor/receiver) is responsible for paying any custom, duty or brokerage charges this value plus a $25.00 administration fee will be subtracted from your EuroSport Tuning Credit. This will also delay your credit as it takes several weeks before we receive an invoice from the shipping company. Returns sent COD or freight collect will not be accepted. Upon receipt of your return, EuroSport Sport Tuning will promptly exchange the item, give you a store credit or issue you a refund.
Damaged and/or defective items have their own, return policy. Any item(s) not returned within the period specified above ie 30 days from the date of the invoice or 20 days from the date you received a back order item may be exchanged for an in-store credit only. EuroSport Tuning reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee.
Every product sold by EuroSport Tuning is fully backed by a manufacturer's warranty. Products that carry the EuroSport Tuning brand come with a minimum 1-year/12,000 mile limited warranty. The warranty period is 1 year from the date on the invoice, to the original purchaser. In addition, all manufacturers' extended warranties remain in effect. EuroSport Tuning is not responsible for and will not pay for consequential, incidental or contingent damage or expense(s) related to same. Warranty Exclusion: Specifically not covered are items used for racing, rallying, or off-road use and items that have been altered or improperly installed.
Damaged / Lost In Transit
Refuse delivery acceptance of a damaged package when the driver attempts to deliver. It is your responsibility to inspect the package for damage upon delivery. If a damaged package was dropped off: promptly call the shipping / courier company; or contact EuroSport Tuning at 905-825-9334 or by e-mail with details to email@example.com. We will gladly assist you with filing a claim. When in stock, we will promptly replace lost or damaged merchandise as soon as we receive the appropriate claim number from the shipping / courier company.
1) Please understand it is your responsibility to secure the package when the driver delivers to your address. Loss after delivery is not covered.
2) EuroSport Tuning is not responsible for packages after we hand them to the carrier for delivery to you. It is your responsibility to:
- inspect the package for damage before you accept delivery.
- secure the package when the driver delivers to your address.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors.
EuroSport Tuning ships by UPS, FedEx or USPS Mail. Unless otherwise specified by you our valued customer, we will use our discretion in selecting the carrier.
Once we have received and processed your order, additional shipping charges may apply which will be added on your invoice. A copy will be e-mailed to you by EuroSport Tuning. If you want to know what shipping cost beforehand ….. E-mail EuroSport Tuning a list of the part(s) you will be purchasing and the address they will be shipped to.
