Social Media, Marketing and Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated individual to help increase our social media and online sales for our retail and wholesale business.  This is a full-time Monday to Friday position with occasional weekends during show season. We offer a unique blend of family-owned values with professional business savvy in a modern and upbeat environment combined with a rare opportunity to work in an industry where passion and devotion for automobiles can be part of your everyday career.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position requires an automotive background and knowledge of the performance and replacement parts marketplace.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Social Media Account Management
  • Set, plan and implement social media strategies
  • Increase engagement and brand awareness through regular scheduled social media posts in addition to online content
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner (Social media accounts and websites)
  • Maintain websites product and fitment data
  • Responsible for SEO
  • Responsible for Google Ads, Google Shopping, Instagram and Facebook Ads
  • Identify opportunities with content and product pages
  • Writing, reviewing and editing content for company websites (blogs, monthly newsletter and other)
  • Responding to customer inquiries over the phone and by email
  • Process orders

 

What you will bring (portfolio or examples of work required):

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of social media and analytics tools (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google)
  • Must have social media background with knowledge of SEO and online advertising
  • Ability to interpret online customer engagement metrics
  • Experience growing a loyal customer base via various social media platforms
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized, ability to multitask and works well under pressure
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Resourceful, proactive and possesses a sense of urgency
  • Interest in the automotive industry

Sales & Logistics Associate

We are looking for a motivated individual to help with logistics of shipments and sales for our retail and wholesale business.  This is a full-time Monday to Friday position with occasional weekends during show season. We offer a unique blend of family-owned values with professional business savvy in a modern and upbeat environment combined with a rare opportunity to work in an industry where passion and devotion for automobiles can be part of your everyday career.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position requires an automotive background and knowledge of the performance and replacement parts marketplace.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to customer inquiries over the phone and by email
  • Maintain client accounts – invoices, warranties and returns
  • Process orders from start to finish including packing shipments
  • Prepare B3 customs forms for products being imported from USA
  • Pick up products from our NY warehouse and bring them across the boarder
  • Pick, pack and ship out orders

 

JOB SUMMARY:  Monday to Friday with occasional weekends during show season.  Seeking energetic, multi-tasking organized individual with excellent attention to detail and clean driving record.  Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, B3 customs forms plus picking and packing shipments are all an asset but we will provide training as well.  Please list any of these skills you may have when applying.
