European Parts Sales Specialist

We are looking for a motivated individual to help our sales team for our retail and wholesale business.  This is a full-time Monday to Friday position with occasional weekends during show season. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position requires an automotive background and knowledge of the performance and replacement parts marketplace.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering customer inquiries and help them find the products that best suits their needs
  • Maintain client accounts – invoices, warranties and returns
  • Update customers with order ETA's
  • Increase our wholesale business of dealers across Canada
  • Process orders from start to finish including packing shipments
  • Enter Purchase Orders, vendor invoices and other related documents

What you will bring:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience growing a loyal customer base
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized, ability to multitask and works well under pressure
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Resourceful, proactive and possesses a sense of urgency
  • Interest in the automotive industry

Logistics & Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated individual to help with logistics of shipments and sales for our retail and wholesale business.  This is a full-time Monday to Friday position with occasional weekends during show season. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position requires an automotive background and knowledge of the performance and replacement parts marketplace.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to customer inquiries over the phone and by email
  • Maintain client accounts – invoices, warranties and returns
  • Process orders from start to finish including packing shipments
  • Prepare B3 customs forms for products being imported from USA (training provided)
  • Pick up products from our NY warehouse and bring them across the boarder
  • Pick, pack and ship out orders
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy

 

JOB SUMMARY:  Monday to Friday with occasional weekends during show season.  Seeking energetic, multi-tasking organized individual with excellent attention to detail and clean driving record.  Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, B3 customs forms plus picking and packing shipments are all an asset but we will provide training as well.  Please list any of these skills you may have when applying.
